Nestled within Eliza’s House, our community garden is more than a plot of land, it’s a living symbol of mutual aid, ecological stewardship, and collective well-being. Designed and maintained through collaborative efforts with residents, staff, and volunteers, this garden produces organic fruits, vegetables, and herbs that nourish unhoused individuals through our mobile food initiative. By integrating sustainable practices such as composting, rainwater harvesting, and native planting, the garden promotes climate resilience while addressing food insecurity with dignity and compassion. We need hands to help our garden grow. Volunteer!
